Error codes explained
When something goes wrong, Multigen shows a branded error code like [MGE-2003]. Codes let support pinpoint the cause fast — quote the code when you contact us.
Most codes mean a temporary hiccup with an AI provider — waiting a moment and retrying usually resolves it.
